And who am I?
I am a yogini, dancer, author-illustrator, landscape architect, Reiki Master / Teacher and Shamanic practitioner, woman and mother.
My practice and teachings are the fruit of my 20+ years of the movement and healing arts path, and are also constantly evolving, just like life itself! Every day is a new alchemy.
On my path, I have met many sparkly nuggets. I was initiated in Meditation at age 8, then met Martial Arts (I am a Taekwondo Black Belt), Dance (contemporary and flamenco), Yoga, Reiki, Shamanism, and all the wonderful friends and beings that come with them.
For many years, I dedicated my life to tending gardens, green spaces and historic heritage as a landscape architect. Now, I help people cultivate the inner garden of their souls.
I travel, live, write, draw, offer shamanic healings and teach yoga and Reiki in Asia, Europe and North America. I blend dance, yoga, meditation, pranayama, chanting / music, shamanic ceremony and energy balancing work into profoundly nourishing and down-to-earth classes.
I teach a blend of precise physical alignments, invitations to personal exploration and energetic woo-woo. My classes are fun, informative and non-competitive, and I share my experience with generosity, curiosity and big smiles.
As a student forever, I continue to learn from teachers and masters in Asia, Europe and California. As well as from my students and clients who remind me every day of yoga and healing energy work’s beauty and transformative power.
I donate part of my profits to local charities that support women, animal well-being and plant diversity.
For yoga classes, I am trained at the 500H level, in Pre and Postnatal Yoga and am a longtime Iyengar yoga student. I also hold certificates and continued education training in Yoga and Chinese Traditional Medicine, Laughter Yoga, Yoga for Scoliosis, Chanting and Mantras, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Trauma-informed yoga, Adaptive Yoga. I also teach kids yoga and meditation.

Yin Yoga and Meridian Yoga
Come balance your Yang energy with Yin Yoga.
Yin Yoga is a slow, introspective and nourishing practice. We dive deep into the joints, ligaments, bones and fascia. The practice helps release deeply embedded tensions and brings nourishment to the connective tissues.
In Yin Yoga, I also guide you on a journey through the body’s meridians (as in Chinese Traditional Medicine) and energies.
Yoga for empowered birth and embodied motherhood
I am passionate about bringing yoga to mamas-to-be and new mamas.
When I was pregnant with my first child, I had been a student of yoga and movement for over a decade. I practiced yoga diligently throughout my pregnancy, I ate well, I swam, I visualized, breathed and meditated. To me, my wholesome lifestyle and regular yoga practice guaranteed me a smooth and easy birth.
Then Birth actually happened! It hit me: birth is a fully embodied and empowering process. Birth is messy, noisy, hard work and joy. And Birth demands YOU BE HERE. Birth makes you step into your POWER. Birthing your baby is deeply transformative. Birthing your baby is regaining your own power and light.
My two pregnancies and births were milestones on my spiritual path. They were transformative in many MAGICAL ways. I am deeply committed to living my own light and helping women live embodied lives. I bring my 20+ years in healing and movement practice to support mamas-to-be and new mamas with Yoga for Empowered Birth and Embodied Motherhood.
