How can meditation help kids? (and their parents!)
Meditation classes for kids allow them to learn and practice breathing, visualization and meditation techniques. These practices are simple, fun and above all, effective! They help children and teenagers relax, reduce anxiety and improve concentration and focus. The techniques can help them better manage school or relationship-related stress. Breath and meditation techniques also empower them to cope better with life changes, such as changing schools or countries.
In class, children and teenagers discover and practice engaging tools that they can easily redo at home. And above all, they become aware that they can regulate their own emotions and be the main actors in their lives.
Maybe they will even teach you their favorite techniques so that you can benefit from them too!

FAQ Kids Meditation Classes
Does my child already know how to meditate?
No! Classes introduce movement and breath techniques that help relax and meditate.
My child has low attention span. Is this class suitable?
The class duration is 1h – and if I have a guest, 1h and 15 minutes. This allows us to practice enough techniques to be effective, yet not overwhelm and bore the children.
Furthermore, each class contains different segments and activities, to keep the children (and their adults!) engaged and curious.
It is also very much OK not to be focused all the time! All kids in class benefit from the exercises in different ways.
Can my child attend without me?
Participants are usually kids + their adult or adults, but kids without adults are also welcome. If it is specifically a partner workshop, it’s more fun to come with another child friend!
