Align and Flow Yoga

Dive deep into physical and personal transformation! Yoga is so much more than a physical practice (of course sassy mama abs are always a perk), and I am passionate about helping YOU step into the beautiful dance of the body, mind, soul, and spirit.

I am deeply committed to living a fully embodied life. I share what I’ve learned along my 20+ years of healing and movement practice to help YOU realize your embodied life.

Yin Yoga and Meridian Yoga

Come balance your Yang energy with Yin Yoga.

Yin Yoga is a slow, introspective and nourishing practice. We dive deep into the joints, ligaments, bones and fascia. The practice helps release deeply embedded tensions and brings nourishment to the connective tissues.

In Yin Yoga, I also guide you on a journey through the body’s meridians (as in Chinese Traditional Medicine) and energies.
