My passion is to help YOU be 100% you. I offer what I have learned from 25 years on the movement and healing arts path, and from my own story as a woman, traveler and mother. Private Shamanism Mentorship: Spirit Animal, Power Animal

This entirely one-on-one mentorship and training introduces you to your Power Animal and explores drum journeying. We meet over a few weeks or months and we learn how to deepen the relationship with your Power Animal. We also explore how these ancestral tools can be applied to your own life today.
It is a magical journey and experience! This mentorship class is highly personalized, and we go at your own just perfect pace.

Is Shamanism a religious practice?

Shamanism is a cultural practice, and possibly one of the more ancient ones practiced by humans. It is a practice that is close to Nature and the nature beings. It is also a practice that is close to the aspect of ourselves that is called the soul, or the part of us that is nor a physical body.

Can I attend a healing session or learn shamanic energy techniques if I am religious?

Yes absolutely, nothing in my classes or sessions goes against any religion. In fact, my clients sometimes do not have any spiritual beliefs, but many have some form of spiritual beliefs or religious practices, and they find that the content of my classes and sessions makes sense to them.

What is a Power Animal?

A Power Animal is a compassionate and helpful energy. It can come in the form of an animal in link with shamanistic practices’ closeness and reverence for Nature. More about Power Animal here
