My passion is to help YOU be 100% you. I offer what I have learned from 25 years on the movement and healing arts path, and from my own story as a woman, traveler and mother. Walking these many paths taught me to live my own light and embody my personal power. And now, it is one of my greatest joys to see my clients benefit from my shamanic energy sessions.

Is Shamanism a religious practice?
Shamanism is a cultural practice, and possibly one of the more ancient ones practiced by humans. It is a practice that is close to Nature and the nature beings. It is also a practice that is close to the aspect of ourselves that is called the soul, or the part of us that is nor a physical body.
Can I attend a healing session or learn shamanic energy techniques if I am religious?
Yes absolutely, nothing in my classes or sessions goes against any religion. In fact, my clients sometimes do not have any spiritual beliefs, but many have some form of spiritual beliefs or religious practices, and they find that the content of my classes and sessions makes sense to them.
What is a Power Animal?
A Power Animal is a compassionate and helpful energy. It can come in the form of an animal in link with shamanistic practices’ closeness and reverence for Nature. More about Power Animal here
