Yin Yoga and Meridian Yoga

Come balance your Yang energy with Yin Yoga.

Yin Yoga is a slow, introspective and nourishing practice. We dive deep into the joints, ligaments, bones and fascia. The practice helps release deeply embedded tensions and brings nourishment to the connective tissues.

In Yin Yoga, I also guide you on a journey through the body’s meridians (as in Chinese Traditional Medicine) and energies.

Prenatal and Post-natal Yoga: Yoga for empowered birth and embodied motherhood

Pregnancy and birth are special and transformational times. Becoming a new mother is a process and precious opportunity for personal transformation. Growing and birthing a new baby bring changes to the body, mind and the way of caring for yourself and the life inside you. It also changes the fundamental dynamics of life. And the journey does not stop at birth!

Yoga is your ally.

With my Prenatal Yoga for Empowered Birth Classes, I help you move and adapt to your changing body, moods and energy levels through an adapted and nourishing yoga practices. It involves movement, breath and meditation practices specifically designed to accompany you in your 9-month journey and prepare your body and mind for labor and birth. My prenatal yoga classes also help you relax and open up to being mindful about how you feel.

With my Post-natal Yoga for Embodied Motherhood Classes, I help you re-connect to your body through gentle movement, breath and relaxation practices. I also help you deeply rest, a key element for healthy post-partum recuperation.
Post-natal yoga can also include Baby Yoga if baby is present.
