– Pre-session questionnaire
– First appointment
– Creation of your personalized program and sharing via video conference
– Follow-up and adjustment appointment (30-40 minutes)
– Review appointment (45 minutes-1 hour)

The Evolution package is ideal if you want a program designed specifically for you that includes a follow up and review appointments to keep you on track to your wellness goal.

All appointments are online. The package has a 1-year validity.
