The Transformation package includes:

– Pre-session questionnaire
– First appointment
– Creation of your personalized program and sharing via video conference
– 2 Follow-up appointments (2 x 1 hour)
Follow-up appointments include yoga sessions
– 1 Review appointment (45 minutes-1 hour)

The Transformation package is ideal if you want a program designed specifically for you that includes 3 follow up and review appointments and live yoga guidance to keep help you deepen your practice of the tools and achieve your wellness goals.

All appointments are online. The package has a 1-year validity.
