Unlike traditional life coaching or therapy, Somatic Life Coaching focuses on your body as a source of wisdom. We do more than talk about your challenges: we work together to help you feel and release them through movement, breath, and nervous system tools. This can create deep, lasting change.
Somatic Life Coaching isn’t just coaching—it’s a body-mind reset that helps you release stress, gain clarity, and move forward with more confidence.
Somatic Life Coaching focuses on your body as a guide for clarity, confidence, and stress relief. Using science-backed tools like nervous system regulation, breathwork, and embodied yoga coaching, we help you release stored tension, make decisions from a place of trust, and find practical tools for your daily life and challenges. My Somatic Life Coaching method is very client-based, and the enquiries help YOU uncover your own body’s wisdom.
Shamanic Sessions also use the body’s wisdom to heal, but dives deeper into energetic healing, drawing on ancient traditions to retrieve lost soul parts, clear energetic blocks, connect with spirit guides or ancestors for wisdom and healing. In Shamanic Sessions, we all work as a team: the client, myself and the spirit world. Together, we work with a drum and different shamanic techniques that also can include somatic work.
Both are powerful tools, and clients usually express a preference for one or the other depending on their own life experiences, expectations and interests. If you are unsure, we can discuss this over a Discovery Call.
No yoga experience or movement experience is needed. This work is about awareness, not performance. The tools are gentle, accessible, and tailored to your comfort level.
Each session is unique, but you can expect a mix of:
• Body check-ins to notice tension, emotions, or sensations.
• Breathwork and movement to release stress and regulate your nervous system.
• Embodied exercises (breathwork, movement and meditations) to access your intuition and clarity.
• Actionable practices to integrate into your daily life.
During the session, we sit on the floor or on a chair. No special yoga equipment is needed, just a comfortable place to be seated or standing. You can also lie down if this feels right, but it is not compulsory.
This depends on what you want to work on, or if you have a long-term goal, like navigating a specific personal or work-related challenge. You will likely notice a shift after 1 session, and I recommend a series of 3 or 6 to let transformation unfold. We can discuss this is your Discovery Call, or at the end of your first session.
